Artful Living Coaching | Master Your Mind. Change Your Life.
If you’re here, something in your life isn’t working the way you want it to. Maybe you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’ve tried to figure it out on your own but keep ending up in the same place.
You don’t need more advice—you need clarity, structure in your thinking, and a way to move forward when things feel mentally heavy or uncertain.
This work is for people who are ready to stop cycling through the same patterns and start making real changes in how they think, respond, and act in their lives.
If we work together, my role is to help you see what’s keeping you stuck, interrupt the patterns that are holding you back, and help you get back into clear thinking and forward movement.
Change starts when you’re ready to stop staying in the loop and start doing something different.
A lot of coaching today is based on pre-packaged systems, scripts, and generalized methods. You follow steps, fill out worksheets, and try to apply someone else’s process to your life.
That can help—but it often doesn’t go far enough when you’re actually stuck in fear, overwhelm, or mental paralysis.
My work is different.
You’re working directly with me, and the focus is on what’s actually happening in your thinking and behavior in real time. We don’t rely on rigid systems—we work with how you respond under pressure, what patterns keep repeating, and what needs to shift so you can move forward.
This isn’t about following a script. It’s about learning how to see your own patterns clearly, interrupt what’s keeping you stuck, and build the ability to think and act differently in your own life.
Some approaches create dependence on steps and structure.
This work is about building self-awareness, clarity, and the ability to move forward without staying stuck in cycles.
The goal is simple:
to help you get out of mental loops, regain control of your thinking, and start creating real movement in your life.
On August 3, 2020, my life changed instantly. I suffered a stroke that left me half-paralyzed and facing the very real possibility that I might never walk, speak, or function the same way again.
Recovery wasn’t just physical—it was mental. I had to rebuild everything from the inside out by learning how to work with my thoughts, my fear response, and my ability to keep moving forward when nothing felt certain.
On September 6, 2025, I was in a tragic accident that nearly cost me my life. I survived—but I lost my right leg. Once again, I had to start over. Again.
What carried me through both experiences wasn’t external systems or beliefs—it was my mind. I had to learn how to control my thinking, interrupt fear-based spirals, and force myself into action even when everything in me wanted to stop.
That process taught me something simple but powerful: your life changes when you change how you think, respond, and act under pressure.
I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, afraid, and completely reset by life. I also know how to rebuild from that place—step by step—by returning to clarity, discipline, and forward movement.
That is the foundation of my work today.
