Artful Living Coaching, Living Life by Design - Guiding You to Your Masterpiece
If you’re here, it means you’re on a journey. Maybe you’re searching for something, or you know you’re not where you want to be. Perhaps you have questions that remain unanswered. In a world filled with teachers, paths to enlightenment, and guides of all kinds — educators, trainers, mentors, and coaches — you’ve found yourself here.
Trust that fate has brought you to this moment. There’s a reason our paths have crossed, and it’s possible we’re on parallel journeys. I may just be a little further along the road, and if so, I believe we are kindred souls.
The saying “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear” reminds us that when we are truly open and ready to grow, the right guidance appears in forms we may not expect — a person, a life experience, or even a piece of information. Your readiness to receive and evolve aligns with opportunities that support your path.
Trust that by being here, your heart and mind are open. The answers and guidance you seek are waiting to reveal themselves.
On August 3rd, 2020, in the midst of COVID, my life changed forever. I woke up half-paralyzed, rushed to the hospital, and had a blood clot removed from my brain. I didn’t know if I’d ever walk, talk, or even eat again—but I fought my way back. Choking on food, struggling to move, and facing an uncertain future, I realized that recovery wasn’t just about regaining physical strength. It was about healing my entire being—mind, body, and spirit.
Before my stroke, I didn’t prioritize my health. I numbed myself with unhealthy habits, stress, and fear, unaware that I was slowly heading toward a breaking point. The stroke forced me to wake up—to see how disconnected I had become from my own body and spirit.
Rehab was supposed to help me recover, but after three days of being left in bed, I knew I had to take control of my own healing. Against the doctor’s orders, I left and made a commitment to myself: I would fight for my life, no matter what.
The first three years were about rebuilding my body—regaining my stamina, my endurance, and my ability to function without exhaustion. But physical healing was just the beginning. My spirit was shattered, my energy blocked, and my emotions locked away in survival mode. So I turned to deep inner work, exploring methods to clear trauma, release fear, and reconnect with my personal power.
That journey led me to coaching. I realized that if I could rebuild myself—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—then I could help others do the same. I know what it feels like to be lost in fear, to feel disconnected from life, to wonder if you’ll ever feel whole again. No one should have to go through that alone.
Now, I stand strong—not just for myself, but for others who are searching for healing, for clarity, and for their own power. My mission as a coach is to guide, support, and empower those who are ready to step out of survival mode and into a life of strength, confidence, and purpose. If I could do it, so can you. And you don’t have to do it alone.
