Artful Living Coaching | Master Your Mind. Change Your Life.
I’m Jean Marshall — a survivor of a life-threatening stroke and a tragic accident where I lost my right leg. I’ve had to completely rebuild my life more than once.
What defines my work is not theory—it’s lived experience. I’ve learned how to rebuild stability by working with my thinking, my beliefs, and my ability to take action even under extreme uncertainty, fear, and physical and emotional challenge.
I don’t just talk about change—I’ve had to live it, repeatedly.
Practical resilience mindset
How to keep moving forward when life falls apart, and how to function under stress, fear, and overwhelm.
Cognitive and behavioral change work
Identifying the thought patterns that keep you stuck, interrupting them, and shifting into clearer thinking and action.
Emotional regulation and internal steadiness
Learning how to calm internal overwhelm so you can think clearly and make better decisions.
Creative expression and communication
Using storytelling, writing, and expression as a way to process experience, gain clarity, and move forward.
Radical honesty about growth and recovery
A grounded, unfiltered approach to what it actually takes to rebuild yourself after major life disruption.
I help people break out of mental patterns that keep them stuck in fear, overthinking, and overwhelm so they can regain clarity, stability, and direction in their lives.
My approach is grounded in:
cognitive reframing and mindset shifts
behavior change and action-based follow-through
emotional regulation and internal steadiness
practical tools for navigating stress and life transitions
The focus is simple: helping you shift how you think, respond, and move so you can rebuild your life with clarity, control, and forward momentum.
