I’m a life coach specializing in mental clarity, resilience, and action under pressure.
I didn’t come into this work from theory—I came into it through lived experience. After surviving a stroke and a tragic car accident where I lost my right leg, I nearly died twice. I’ve had to completely start over—again. Twice. Through those experiences, I learned how to rebuild stability by working with my thinking, my choices, and my ability to take action even when everything felt overwhelming.
I know what it feels like to be stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from direction. This work is about getting back to clarity, control, and forward movement in your life.
